Booking & Payment
A partial downpayment is required to confirm your reservation. Payment can be made via GCash or bank transfer. The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.
Weather & Force Majeure
Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to bad weather, rough seas, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.
Safety
All guests are required to wear life vests during boat rides. Our boatmen are licensed and trained. We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours for safety reasons.
Photo Coverage
Free photo coverage is included in all packages. Photos will be delivered digitally within 24 hours. We may use photos for promotional purposes unless you opt out.
Liability
Shiena Tour Packages is not liable for personal injuries, loss of property, or other incidents beyond our control. Guests participate at their own risk.
